At the trial there was a sharp conflict in the evidence. Piotrowski, decedent's husband and the administrator of her estate, was the principal witness for plaintiff as to the circumstances leading up to and immediately preceding the death. He testified that his wife was a young healthy woman; that, following the Caesarean section for the delivery of her third child (her two other children had been delivered in the same way), he arrived at the hospital...
