This suit involves the construction of a "Limitation Due to Aviation Hazard" provision of a $20,000.00 life insurance policy issued by the defendant, a District of Columbia corporation, to Robert H. Delaney, as the insured, on October 1, 1957. The plaintiff, widow of the insured, a resident of Bexar County, Texas, was named as the primary beneficiary.
