This is a damage suit instituted by North River Insurance Company against Allstate Insurance Company, arising out of a motor vehicle collision between an automobile, owned by Minos Guidry and being driven by his 22 year old daughter, Mrs. Etta Rae Langlinais, and a truck being driven by Willie Racca. Plaintiff was the collision insurer of the Guidry automobile at the time of the accident, and in compliance with its obligations under that policy it paid...
