VALLÉE, J.

In one information defendants Rufus Williams and Issiah Cain were accused of burglary. (Pen. Code, § 459.) In a second information they were accused of robbery. (Pen. Code, § 211.) When the cause was called for trial, on motion of the district attorney, the informations were consolidated for trial. A jury found defendants guilty of burglary of the second degree and of robbery of the second degree. Williams, referred to as defendant, appeals...
