The question presented here is the propriety of the reference of this case to a master under rule 207, Rules of Civil Procedure, 58 I.C.A. The question arises on the trial court's order referring the case to a master and appointing a master on its own motion, and the overruling of plaintiff's motions to revoke the order of reference and cancel the appointment.
