Plaintiff instituted this suit against the New Orleans Public Service Co., Inc., for personal injuries and medical expenses incurred by her as a result of an automobile collision which she alleges was caused solely by the negligence of the defendant's bus driver. Defendant's answer denies negligence on the part of its driver, alleges that the accident was caused solely by the negligence of the plaintiff and, in the alternative, pleads contributory negligence...
