This is an action by plaintiffs, husband and wife, for damages resulting from personal injuries sustained by the wife as the result of an accidental fall while shopping in a business establishment known as Hi-Lo Supermarket in the City of Shreveport. Named as defendants are Community Drug Store, Inc., owner and operator of the Hi-Lo Supermarket, and its liability insurer, Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company.
