It is the opinion of the Court that the Petition for Rehearing should be denied but these comments appear to be in order: it appears that counsel, particularly amici curiae, are unduly apprehensive about the effect of the decision heretofore rendered, 11 Utah.2d 421, 360 P.2d 1018, forgetting that it decides only the case before us.
