PER CURIAM.

On petition of William Sherman Hamlett writ of habeas corpus was issued in this cause and return requested. The return has been filed and examined. On consideration thereof we have concluded that the petition for habeas corpus was devoid of merit, so the writ is discharged and the petitioner is remanded to the custody of the respondent.

It is so ordered.
