This is an action for personal injuries and property damages resulting from a collision between an automobile owned and driven by the plaintiff and one owned by United Jewish Appeal, Inc., driven by its employee Norman Merkin and insured by Royal Indemnity Co., said latter owner, driver and insurer being defendants herein. There was judgment in the trial court in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants, in solido, in the amount of $4,715.50...
