Defendant appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of automobile homicide in violation of Title 76, Chapter 30, Section 7.4, Utah Code Annotated, 1953.

The evidence shows that at approximately 7:45 p.m. on the evening of November 14, 1959, the defendant, while driving northward out of Salt Lake City on Highway 91, ran a red light at the intersection of Highway 91 and Cudahy Lane in North Salt Lake and successively struck two automobiles...
