Prucha, plaintiff, perfected an appeal from an order of the Director of Motor Vehicles entered on June 13, 1960, revoking the motor vehicle operator's license of the plaintiff for failure to submit to a chemical test of his blood or urine under the provisions of sections 39-727.03 to 39-727.12, R.S.Supp., 1959.
