PER CURIAM.

This case comes to us upon a clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged by information with the offense of petty larceny, in violation of Chapter 709, Code of Iowa, 1958, I.C.A. After trial to the court, he was found guilty and sentenced to 15 days in jail or pay a fine of $50. He appeals to this court.

Upon examination, we find no error in the proceedings shown, and the judgment is therefore affirmed.
