This appeal is submitted upon a clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged by a county attorney's information with the crime of burglary, in violation of Section 708.1, Code of Iowa, 1958, I.C.A. Pursuant to the appointment of an attorney to act for him, defendant entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced for an indeterminate period not to exceed twenty years in the State Penitentiary.
