PER CURIAM.

This case comes to us upon a clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged by information with the offense of operating a motor vehicle without an operator's license and, upon being found guilty, was sentenced to five days in jail or $25 fine. He appeals.

Upon examination, we find no error in the proceedings shown, and the judgment is therefore affirmed.
