PETERSON, Justice.

This is a mandamus action against Madison County and its Board of Supervisors. Defendant county decided in 1959 to convert a country road, running past plaintiffs' farm, into a farm-to-market road. They needed a tract of 1.88 acres to widen the road, which was located in the corner of plaintiffs' 160 acre farm. Agreement was not made as to purchase, and petition was filed for condemnation.
