This is an appeal on questions of law and fact. The appellants include Harold P. Twitchell and others, who are the owners of nineteen lots located in a subdivision in Norwich Township, Franklin County, Ohio, and they include all the plaintiffs in the court below. According to the petition they purchased the lots in question from Alexander & Liggett, Inc., one of the defendants below and the other appellant in this court.
