This is a tort action which resulted from an automobile accident that occurred some five miles north of the City of Baton Rouge at the intersection of Plank Road with the Thomas Road.

The plaintiff, Wade Williams, seeks the recovery of damages for personal injuries on behalf of himself as well as his minor daughter, London Ann. Rosa Lee Williams, the wife of Wade Williams, seeks the recovery of damages for her personal injuries and Katie Steumon...
