Plaintiff, as the administrator of the estate of his minor son, Jerry Davis, instituted this action to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been sustained by his son while riding in a truck owned by Jerry's employer, Leo Dubois. Defendant was the public liability insurer of the employer's truck. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of plaintiff for $1,000 and defendant has appealed from that judgment.
