Melvin Freund (respondent) and Roberta Freund were married August 10, 1952. Melvin Duane Freund (hereinafter referred to as Duane) was born the issue of said marriage on December 21, 1954. Respondent and Roberta Freund were divorced by decree dated February 6, 1956, under the provisions of which Duane's custody was awarded to his mother and respondent was granted the privilege of visitation with said child at all reasonable times.
