We shall refer to the parties by name or as they appeared in the trial court, where plaintiff in error, Lois Brewer, was defendant and defendant in error, D. Meredith Williams, was plaintiff.

Upon trial to the court D. Meredith Williams, as assignee of Prigmore-Williams Realty Company, a corporation, recovered judgment for $4,100, interest and costs from Lois Brewer as a real estate commission for services rendered Brewer by Prigmore-Williams...
