The Plaintiff instituted this suit on behalf of his minor son, Joseph E. Stewart, for workmen's compensation as the result of an accident which occurred on September 15, 1959. Claimant, Joseph E. Stewart, was injured when a pile driver hammer dropped on his right arm causing minor contusions on his forearm and a comminuted fracture of the right thumb.
