This is a replevin action brought by the First National Bank in Ord, Nebraska, a corporation, appellant and plaintiff, against Delores Morgan, appellee and defendant.

Plaintiff's amended petition alleges that plaintiff had a "special property, claim, interest or ownership" in a certain automobile. The special interest arose by virtue of a note secured by a chattel mortgage covering the same, both executed on May 19, 1959, by Curtis Morgan...
