The claim of plaintiff, Ida Radetsky, arises out of personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by her when she was struck by an automobile while crossing a street in Denver on November 23, 1957. Her husband joins with her as plaintiff. The car, owned by defendant Leonard, was being driven by his employee Blackburn on an errand for his employer. Defendants denied negligence...
