On November 15, 1952, proceedings (No. 3096) were instituted in the County Court of Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, to declare Mrs. Hallie Fox, hereafter referred to as "ward", an incompetent and for the appointment of a guardian of her person and estate. As a result of said proceeding ward was adjudged incompetent and the husband of one of ward's nieces was appointed guardian. He, however, declined to qualify...
