This action involves a claim for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff, a nine-year-old girl, when she was struck by an automobile owned and driven by the defendant, John A. Blakeman. The accident occurred just east of Tensleep, Wyoming, on U.S. Highway 16. At the time of the accident, plaintiff was riding a bicycle along the highway toward the east.
