On August 11, 1958, Mrs. Clemmie Moak filed suit against the Illinois Central Railroad Company and the American Automobile Insurance Company, the liability insurer of her husband, Clarence Moak, driver of the automobile in which she was riding at the time of the happening of an accident on August 10, 1957. She sought recovery of substantial damages for injuries sustained, primarily to her left arm, as a result of a collision between the car her husband...
