WILSON, Justice.

Plaintiff appeals from a take-nothing judgment based on a jury verdict in a rearend automobile collision case. He contends jury findings of unavoidable accident, and which acquit defendant of negligence, are contrary to the overwhelming preponderance of the evidence.
