In this action Arthur C. Volk, Jr., as plaintiff, brought this action against Alberta Forbes, the duly appointed administratrix of the estate of Catherine Volk, and Alberta Forbes, William B. Sadler and Onita Miller, heirs at law of Catherine Volk, for a declaratory judgment in regard to a deed executed by Catherine Volk on March 19, 1955.
