Milo Nasci, hereinafter referred to as employee was accidentally injured on May 12, 1958, in the course of his employment with Frank Paxton Lumber Co., Inc., hereinafter referred to as employer. The accident was reported immediately to employee's foreman. Employee saw a doctor on the date of the accident and periodically thereafter.
