This is an appeal from a judgment rendered by the District Court of Midland County. No jury was used, the court granting judgment for balance due on note, attorney's fees, and interest. The original suit was filed on a note in the principal sum of $2,800.00, alleged to have been executed by appellant in favor of appellee, December 1, 1958.
