Plaintiffs in error were plaintiffs in the trial court and defendants in error were defendants. We will refer to them as they there appeared.

The action was brought to recover damages allegedly sustained by plaintiffs, who are husband and wife, resulting from a twocar, right angle, intersection collision which occurred in the city of Boulder on the morning of March 8, 1960.
