This is an appeal from a judgment in a divorce suit filed by appellant, George E. Foley, against appellee, Antonina J. Foley, alleging cruelty as grounds therefor. Appellee denied all allegations of cruelty and, by way of an affirmative defense, plead condonation. The case was submitted to the jury on special issues.
