In this action plaintiff sought to recover the sum of $35,000 for personal injuries and damage to his automobile resulting from a collision between his car and one driven by defendant. A trial resulted in a verdict for defendant. Plaintiff has appealed and here makes the sole contention that the trial court erred in giving Instruction No. 6 at the request of defendant.
