Boyd was issued a life insurance policy by Peoples Protective Life Insurance Company. The contract included life insurance upon his wife and nine children subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in the policy. His son, Roy, who was living in the home of his father at the time of the issuance of the policy, was subsequently adjudged, as he had theretofore been, a delinquent juvenile...
