This is an application whereby the petitioner, a religious corporation, seeks to invoke judicial reversal of a determination of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Rochester, made on April 6, 1961, which denied petitioner a variance on real property owned by it and located at the north-east corner of Park Avenue and Meigs Street, in the City of Rochester.
