George L. Harper at the age of 45 died suddenly with a heart attack while working for the Henry J. Kaiser Construction Company (appellee) about 11 o'clock a. m. on March 18, 1958. Mrs. George L. Harper, his widow, filed a claim under the Arkansas Workmen's Compensation Act, Ark.Stats. § 81-1301 et seq., to recover compensation for her husband's death.
