This is a mandamus suit brought by Mrs. Morris against the City of Nashville, its Superintendent of the Bureau of Building and Inspections and the Chief Building Inspector of said City, wherein it is alleged that these officials refused to grant her a permit to allow her to use her premises hereinafter described for twenty-four trailer lots.
