The appeal is taken from an order of the court below, denying appellant's motion to vacate sentence filed under 28 U.S.C. § 2255.

Appellant and one William Pat O'Neal were jointly indicted on two counts. The first count charged a conspiracy to transport women in interstate commerce for the purpose of prostitution, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371.
