Plaintiff-appellant sued out a general execution and garnishment in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, in an effort to collect a $4500 permanent alimony judgment granted to her by the District Court of Johnson County, Kansas. Defendant, the judgment debtor, filed a motion to quash. The Missouri court heard evidence on the motion and then sustained it, ruling that the Kansas judgment was procured by fraud and was void.
