MONTGOMERY, Judge.

Four boys were killed in a collision between an Illinois Central Railroad Company train and the automobile of Walter Druen, driven by his son Ronald. Julia Druen, administratrix of the estate of Ronald Druen, sued only the railroad. The personal representatives of the estates of the other three boys sued both the railroad and Walter Druen, owner of the car. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the railroad in the action for the driver's death...
