Plaintiff, Terry Wayne Taylor, an infant, by his mother and next friend, sued defendant, Kansas City, Missouri, for damages suffered when he accidentally fell into a dry wading pool located in a city park immediately adjacent to the playground of a public school of which he was a pupil.
