The National Labor Relations Board petitions this court for enforcement of its order of May 7, 1960, against respondent, Capitol Fish Company. The order rests on two findings: first, that Capitol Fish violated Section 8(a) (1) of the National Labor Relations Act by interfering with its employees in the exercise of their rights under Section 7 of the Act; second, that Capitol Fish violated Section 8(a) (3) and 8(a) (1) by discriminatorily discharging...
