This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff and against defendant, after trial of a suit growing out of a head-on collision between a car being driven by plaintiff's brother, Benjamin Baros, and in which plaintiff was a passenger, and one being driven by defendant.
