This action was instituted by plaintiff, Hazel Clark Smith Walden, against defendants, Dexter Baker, his wife, Effie Baker, Ephriam Osborne and Nannie Simpson, to quiet title to the hereinafter mentioned property. Additionally, she asked for damages for being deprived of the use of a certain house and premises.
