This is a suit to enjoin continuing violations of the Sabbath laws by defendants, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Walton, who operate a grocery store in Tupelo. We affirm the decree enjoining such actions.

The City of Tupelo filed a bill of complaint in the Chancery Court of Lee County against the Waltons. It made the following allegations: State statutes and city ordinances prohibit operation of a store on Sunday...
