This is an appeal by Grace Nell Boswell (plaintiff below) from an order and judgment of the lower court in favor of Earl Nolan, Administrator of the Estate of Loyd O. Boswell, Deceased (defendant below), sustaining defendant's demurrer to plaintiff's petition and upon plaintiff electing not to amend, dismissing the action.
