A petition to rehear has been filed by the defendants complaining of error by the Court in regard to its having failed to rule expressly upon several assignments of error, thereby leaving the impression that such assignments had been abandoned. We affirmed the ruling of the Chancellor in our original opinion and upon a re-examination of the main issue in the case we are fully confident that our original decision is correct...
