This appeal challenges the order of the Circuit Court refusing to set aside a default judgment. The default judgment was taken by appellee (Pete Tolbert) against appellant (Interstate Fire Insurance Company) in the amount of $2985 plus interest, penalty and attorneys' fee, amounting in all to $3,641.20.
