The appellant was appointed by the District Court for the District of Kansas as trustee to effect the administration of a court-approved agreement between the debtor-appellee and his creditors entered pursuant to an arrangement under Chapter XIII of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S. C.A. § 1001 et seq. Appellant now complains of an order of the District Court honoring the debtor's voluntary petition seeking a general adjudication in bankruptcy...
